During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped apartment. The bedroom had a lovely balcony, perfect for enjoying the views. The kitchen and living room were smaller, but still comfortable enough for our needs. Additionally, the convenient parking right outside made it easy for us to come and go. The location was superb, with a short walk to the center of the village and an even shorter distance to the beach, just across the road. The owner was also very helpful and accommodating, making our experience even better.

I would highly recommend this winter rental, especially considering the reasonable price. While there were a few drawbacks, such as the lack of sunlight due to the north-facing unit and the insufficient AC/heater during colder months, I believe this location would be ideal during the summer, with plenty of shade and a great setting for a holiday in the Souda Bay area.

The apartment is marvellous, nice to a nice Beach. It has amazingly comfortable room with fantastic views, appliances, a double bed, good job. Staff are amicable and extremely friendly.

We had a really amazing stay in Kalyves just next door to the sea, beach and several restaurants. During the stay we used kitchenette and cooked breakfast by ourselves...

Great sea view from the balcony, air-conditioned room with a safe, and free parking. Multilingual staff, luggage storage, and a safe deposit box make me feel like a VIP. Free WiFi was a nice touch, but I was too busy enjoying scuba diving and water skiing to use it.

Oh, I just loved the tired and basic furnishings in my small apartment. So worth the expensive price compared to other places I stayed!

With a balcony overlooking the sea, I felt like a captain on my own private luxury yacht! The breathtaking views and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore were simply mesmerizing. I could have spent hours sitting out there, sipping my coffee and feeling like the ruler of the world. It was pure bliss!

Nighttime noise can be an issue.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with stunning views over the bay and just a short walk to the beach. It was also conveniently located near the town, making it easy to explore and find restaurants. the room itself was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the balcony, which offered a nice place to relax and soak in the view. the hotel provided a great base for exploring the area.

The noise at night, as the room faced the road and was not soundproof. This meant that I could hear every car and motorcycle passing by, which was a bit disruptive.

I always choose this place for my stay. It has helpful staff, Wi-Fi, on-site car park, kitchen, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Perfect for my city trip.

I got great value for my money at this hotel - the room was clean, spacious, and had beautiful views of the sea. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a better selection of pillows, as well as non-stick pans in the kitchen area.

The bed in the apartment was a bit low and uncomfortable for someone taller and older, like myself. It would have been better if there were more pillows available.
